CLR was founded in 2017 with 3 members of staff. In 7 years we now have over 20 employees. Our fully qualified team who have extensive years of experience, provide unrivalled service, sales and installations in the Catering, Laundry, Refrigeration and AC industry. This high level of service is backed up by an extremely strong customer base from a wide range of business sectors throughout Tayside, Grampian Moray and the Highlands of Scotland, however, we do retain service partnerships across Scotland should you ever need assistance out with our region.
Our service desk is manned during our normal working hours of 8-5pm and also provide an out of hours emergency response service. We operate to very high SLA levels and can offer periodic reporting with linked operational costs for your equipment.
One of our core beliefs is to provide our customers with the highest quality engineers which we actively train throughout their careers at CLR, from full modern apprenticeships to manufacturer training, in addition to our own in-house programmes. We believe this focus on employee development has resulted excellently trained engineers able to provide a top tier service to our customers.
